America has lots of pests. Cockroaches and mice, ants and rats, bedbugs and termites, this and that. Interestingly, centipedes are the most Googled problem in the USA, and centipedes seem to make their way into homes and cause havoc. Most centipedes are venomous and have painful bites, so it’s no wonder that most people are concerned about these creatures.
You might think that mice and roaches are the biggest problem, and while they are common, there are a lot of companies that deal with exterminating them and it is quite easy to eradicate them from your home if you have the right tools and follow the correct methodology.
But some other problems that are not so easy to get rid of are the smaller pests. Moths, ants, termites, bed bugs, lice, and fleas are some other really problematic pests that are more difficult to get rid of because they require more thorough extermination. I have experience with all of these bugs, and all of them were quite unpleasant. Bed bugs and lice are particularly bad because their bites leave you super itchy and can interfere with sleep and daily life. They really are hell.
Bedbugs are actually the most hated pest by Americans. When you have bedbugs, you have to be prepared to spend thousands on extermination fees and replacing all of your bedding and even carpeting.
